there are times when i look at my wrist and my tattoo and think “maybe one day radiohead won’t be the same for me” or “maybe i’ll like something more” or “maybe i shouldn’t have gotten a band tattoo”
and sometimes i’ll go a while without listening to kid a or climbing up the walls on repeat cause i’m too busy listening to whatever new thing i’m into
but then i listen to amnesiac when i’m alone like i am tonight and fuckin nope
still makes more sense than anything else ever
so i got front row at radiohead last night with jenyffer. we’ve never been that close before. @_@
cried my eyes out thru “pyramid song”. our other friend busted his forehead open during “there there”, couldn’t handle four drummers at once. some kid looked to be having a religious experience on the ground behind us, but he was just really fucked up. the new songs are so heavy and intense live, my chest was rattling. colin’s bass face on multiple screens, i get it now. and thom is like one of those world’s smallest wonders you pay 2 bucks to see behind a curtain at the fair.
